Fat Frog Monday part 2.
Start your week off the right way.
An old favourite – Death By Thrusters.
Start a timer, perform 1 rep, on minute 2 you do 2 reps. Keep adding a rep every minute on the minute until you can’t manage the reps in the time.
You can use DBs, KBs, a Barbell or Sandbag.
Let me know how this goes.
