5) If you’re stuck at home all day with ‘healthy’ food – you’ll eat it.
6) Walking and exploring the area you live in is great for the mind and body.
7) 40 million Press Ups will cause you issues if you don’t have a balanced routine.

10) Limiting your exposure to the News and FB will make you happier.
11) Weight loss is in theory calories in vs calories out – but it fails to address the psychological issues.
12) Offering half price McDonald’s whilst simultaneously keeping gyms closed might not ‘Protect the NHS’
13) PTs / Gym Owners shouldn’t cherry pick when they claim they can stick to government guidelines.
14) Coaching in person is much better than online but the internet has created many great opportunities.
15) You can’t control things you have no control over – focus on what you can control.
16) Obstacles can be opportunities if you have a growth mindset.
17) Arteta has won more trophies as Arsenal manager in 8 months than Spurs have won in 12 years.
18) We have amazing clients at The Fit Pit and Online that have been awesome throughout this – thank you.
19) Spending quality time with Jack has been invaluable.
20) Tough times never last but tough people do 🤙
