Online Programme:
The 12 week progressive plan is available online now.
You’ll receive the training plan, with all exercises, warm ups and programmes sent direct to your phone via the super slick Train Heroic app.
You’ll have weekly check ins and support during the duration of the programme.
You’ll need to have access to a decent gym to complete the programme but you’ll be able to access the programme from anywhere in the world.
