I’ve worked with Brian now for nearly 3.5 years now & after taking an initial plunge into the fat loss for busy dads group in 2019. This has proved to been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Not only did Brian help me sustainably shift 2.5 stone in weight in just over a year, which included the pandemic. My relationship with food, sleep & exercise has become so much more positive, each one feeding in to the other to drive on my results.
There of course have been times where I’ve hit a bump in the road or I’ve needed an exercise modified/regressed. This for me is where Brian has excelled, he has never judged me if I couldn’t do it or questioned why I needed regress an exercise. It was all explained to me in ways I could get it, even if I was interrupting his down time away from work, he was always there. This for me is his best trait, the training comes second & the personal part is always first.

He will return your initial investment 10 fold & you will develop in areas that you never thought were even possible. I am now mentally in such a better shape than 2019 & ready to tackle any challenge that’s put in front of me. I am 38 years old, but feel like I could give my 24 year old self a run for their money in terms of how good I feel, how I lift & for much I can endure.
