“I don’t have time”

Firstly, I’m not the gatekeeper of your time or saying everyone should spend hours and hours at the gym.

People can do anything they wish with their time.

Yes, I’m biased but I believe looking after your own physical and mental health should be a priority for everyone.

This can be achieved with as little as 2 hours per week, I think great things happen when that hits 4-6 hours.

Secondly, I’m sure there are outliers that this doesn’t apply to – but this is merely an example to highlight how much potential time you’ve got to do something for you.

We all start the week with 168 hours – I’ve used an example of a 60 hour work with, which many won’t have.

8 hours of sleep per night that most won’t hit.

40 hour a week of family, chores, getting around etc – which is maybe more than most need.

This still gives you 12 hours a week – almost 2 hours a day.

Even round it down to 10 hours a week.

That’s still more than enough time to work on yourself, get in shape, meal prep, start a hobby, start a side business – whatever that thing is you say you don’t have time for.

If you want further evidence that you’ve time – check out your average daily screen time on your phone.

I work with many clients who are incredibly busy, running their own businesses, balancing family life and everything else – but they get it done.

We are all adults, we can do whatever we want.

But, if somethings important to you – you’ll find the time.

For most people you have that resource available.
