Antifragile

Antifragile – the inverse of Fragile.

Fragile can be defined as “easily broken or damaged”, “easily destroyed or threatened” or “not strong or sturdy, delicate and vulnerable” so we can conclude that the term Antifragile will be the opposite of this.

In 2020 in the UK we have a comfortable existence physically which has create many problems.

Less people have a physically demanding job, technology has made us more sedentary and people are not exposed to the everyday benefits of hard physical work.

Gyms weren’t really required back in the day but now we need to fabricate our own physical hard work through training.

Hard physical work obviously has many physical benefits, these are equally matched by the mental benefits that are not experienced through spending time on the couch in front of a screen.

Hard work will make you a less fragile, more resilient and a more robust human – physically and mentally.
