
Monday – the day you get ‘back on it’, when motivation is high and you plan to recommence your diet and training.
How did your Monday go?
Almost everyone adopts this mindset, the problem is few actually plan and prepare to actually follow it through.
Most people have good intentions but struggle in the application.
Do you have your workout sessions or two week planned? Do you know when and where you are training? Do you know what exercises you are doing?
Do you have your meals planned? Do you have the ingredients to make these meals in the fridge?
You can have all the motivation in the world but it won’t transcend into actions unless you’ve spent some time getting organised.
If you’re already chasing your tail with your training and nutrition this week, set aside half an hour to plan when you’re training, what you’re going to eat and spend an hour preparing your food.
One of the most effective ‘training sessions’ you can do each week is spend an hour getting organised instead of trying to wing it.
