No one ever got fat missing a single workout or eating one take away.
You end up in the position you’re in through all the choices you make.
If you’ve got a set training or nutrition plan in place don’t worry if you slip up, skip a workout or have to take the kids to MacDonalds. We understand that life gets in the way of your best intentions.
However, the next time this happens don’t adopt the “I’ve messed up, there’s no point, I’ll start again on Monday” approach.
When you miss a session or go off track on your diet, the key is to get right back on it as soon as possible.
Make sure the next meal is healthy, make sure you don’t miss the next workout.
Don’t let one bad choice snowball and set you back on your goals.
