
If you are training 2-4 times a week every week, eating in a way that’s conducive with your goals 80-90% of the time every week, getting enough sleep most of the time then you are very much on track.
There will be days and weeks that you will stray from this, you will miss training and go off track with your diet, but if you are committed to the long term then you will get sustainable results. Losing 1-2 pounds a month may not seem much, but do that every month for the next year……..
