
One of my friends, and new Dad, was looking for a workout session he could do when he was in the house.
He has no equipment at home and short on time.
Here is the workout I put together for him…….
WARM UP / MOBILITY:
MAIN WORKOUT:
Select your poison…….
Press Ups – chose your target 100 reps / 200 reps / 300 reps
Whatever number you chose, you must completed the number of reps.
Here is the catch……..
Each ‘set break’, which means when you stop doing a set, you must complete 1 round of the following circuit before you recommence and work towards your target. So if you stop after 20 reps, you do the circuit, then start at 21 reps. Keep going until you’ve hit your target.
The fewer times you stop, the fewer circuits you will have to complete…….
Here is the circuit……..
10 x Prone YTW
10 x Split Squats / Leg
10 x Jump Squats
10 x Straight Arm Burpees
This is a great workout that ticks all the boxes if you find yourself stuck for time, space and equipment.
Try and complete the workout as quickly as possible using good technique.
