36,500 Press Ups – could you complete them by this time next year?
It probably sounds terrifying to many, some people would decide it’s too many. 36,500 is a lot of Press Ups.
However, what if you broke that down. The switched on ones would have probably worked out that is 100 Press Ups a day every day for a year. Still sounds pretty daunting.
What if you broke that down further, say 10 an hour for 10 hours a day? How does that sound? 10 Press Ups should take you no longer than 30s.
Could you spare that 30 seconds every hour to achieve something significant by the end of the year?
It’s not the Press Ups that’s important here – although if you did this you would be jacked AF by the end of the year. The important message is that in order to achieve something big you can break it down into smaller, more manageable steps.
Want to lose a few stone in fat? Break it down and attack it one pound at a time. Want to have £3650 this time next year? Stick away £10 a day every day till then.
Many people don’t get the results they require because the ‘big picture’ seems way too unrealistic – make a plan and go after your big goals.
