The Prisoners Dilemma……..

If you are struggling with your fitness goals you maybe doing too much. When we say too much, it is more likely to be too much of the stuff that doesn’t matter and you lose focus on what really does matter.

What if you only have 3 x 15 minute blocks of time during the week. What would you focus this time on?

If your goal is fat loss you should focus on meal prep during these windows. Want to get stronger? Then you should be squatting, benching and deadlifting. Running a marathon? You need to prioritise running…….

Focus your time and energy on the things that will take you closer to your goal and eliminate the excess ‘fluff’.

This may seem pretty obvious, but you will be surprised by the amount of people wasting time, money and energy on things that are not priorities with them achieving their goals.

Don’t overlook the obvious in the search for something new and shiny. Identify the basics and do them consistently well.
