RACE AGAINST TIME

Set a timer and complete 10 Rounds of the following within 30 minutes:

10 x Press Ups
10 x KB Swings
10 x Thrusters
10 x BW Rows
10 x Lunges

Here’s where it gets interesting.

Every 3 minutes on the minute you must stop where you’re at and complete a set of Burpees. Starting at 3 and adding 3 every 3 minutes.

On 3 minutes you do 3 Burpees, on 6 minutes you do 6, 9 minutes you do 9, 12 minutes you do 12 and so on, until you complete 10 Rounds of the circuit above.

As you go further onto the workout the window you have to complete the circuit shortens due to the additional Burpees.

You want to try and get this done before you starting hitting the 20 minute mark or it will be a Burpee party for the last 10 minutes.
