B2) Pulldowns – 4×10

C1) Incline DB Flyes – 4×12
C2) Rear Delt Flyes – 4×12

D1) Hammer Curls – 3×15
D2) Pushdowns – 3×15

E) 15 Min AMRAP of:

3 x Man Makers

6 x Burpees

9 x Squat Thrust

12 x KB Swings

15 x Kcal (pick a machine of your choice)
