In today’s society everyone wants the easy option, everyone wants to hear there is a shortcut to get in shape, everyone wants everything without doing the work or committing to a long term process.

It usually takes people years to get out of shape – you cannot reverse this in a 6 week shred programme.
Yes, I have witnessed people lose weight in a short period of time usually through an unrealistic approach to exercise and / or nutrition.

After the initial weight loss, the individual realises they cannot sustain such a lifestyle, they stop the diet and the training and they end up in worse shape than when they started.

They then search the latest fitness fad that promises them the perfect body in 6 weeks and only 3 monthly installment of £9.99. These gimmicks are usually endorsed by a reality TV star that is desperate for money and usually have an accompanying shake, pull or potion that ‘does the hard work for you.’

Anyone I know that is in shape, who is lean, healthy, strong and fit does not diet, they don’t do 21 day ‘shredz’ – they train and eat properly, consistently for months and years. They don’t look for the easy solution, they immerse themselves in the long term process of becoming the best version of themselves.

You may have been guilty of searching for the quick fix previously, however when you realise that this never works and you commit to the long game, you will achieve wonderful results.
