
It’s approximately 12 weeks till Christmas……..
Scary stuff and hopefully this won’t put you in a state of panic.
This means it is Christmas Party season with the majority of the population aiming to look their best over this period.
Traditionally, people will wait untill after New Year before embarking on their quest for a ‘better body’ but what is stopping you from starting now.
There is no reason that you can’t make some changes to your body shape over the next 12 weeks – it would be perfectly achievable for you to lose 12 pounds of fat in 12 weeks, build some lean muscle and have much more confidence about the Christmas party season.
Unsure of where to start or how to go about this? Why not hire a coach or a trainer, join a weight loss group – find some way of making yourself accountable.
Chances are you will be happy to spend £100’s on new clothes, shoes, hair cuts, make ups etc in order for you to look better on your night out, why not invest that money on changing your body shape which will do more for you than the latest fashion accessory or new haircut will.
Some great progress can be achieved if you take action now, many opportunities are missed by procrastinating and waiting for the ‘perfect’ moment.
