Gym Membership
Our gym only membership includes unlimited use of our weights room, access to conditioning studio (limited times), full personal programming designed to help you reach your specific goals, food guide and ongoing support via our private FB group. Our members also get full access to our ‘Ladies Who Lift’ and ‘Built Lean’ programmes.

Group Classes
We run group training classes and here is our timetable. Our sessions are pay as you go with the option of a class pass, apart from the sessions stated. We have a variety of group sessions to suit individual needs. Here is our current timetable:

Ladies Who Lift Programme
Our Ladies Who Lift Programme starts tomorrow and has produced fantastic results over the years. This is a 6 week programme that includes full individual programme, before and after measurements, food guide, weekly group class and private FB support group. You will complete the workouts in your own time at The Fit Pit, with fully qualified staff on hand to assist you where required. The programme starts on Monday 22nd of August. Barbell Fat Burner
This is a 6 week group training programme involving barbells and will help you burn fat and develop a lean physique. The sessions will be fully coached and you will get the benefits of lifting weights but with the motivation of a class environment. These sessions will take place at the following days and times:
Monday @ 9.30am
Wednesday @ 6.30pm
Friday @ 5.30pm
You must sign up for the full 6 weeks and commit to your slot. You have the option of 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week but you must stick to that slot each week.

Semi-Private Training Group
We have 2 spaces left for our 5.15am Semi-Private training group. These sessions have all the benesfits of one to one Personal Training but with the added motivation and support of other like minded individuals. These sessions also work out more cost effective and you can get your workout done before work.

Combined Performance Package
This will be a 3-4 hour session with our Combined Strength Coach, Brian.
The session will cover the following areas:
• Movement – we will go through a movement analysis, identifying priorities and giving you exercises to work on these areas.
• Bodyweight Training – you will go back to fundamental movements and we will ensure you have these movement patterns nailed down before we progress onto work with Kettlebells, Dumbbells or barbells.
• Strength Training – there is no one who can’t benefit from getting stronger, based on the previous 2 areas we will prescribe you an appropriate strength training programme and go through the specific exercises with you.
• Goal Specific Training – based on your specific goals we will put you through a personal training plan, whether it’s to build muscle, lose fat, or improve a sporting performance we will give you a clear outline of how you should be training. This may include weight training, HIFT training, core, grip or a blend of all of them depending on your goal.
• Nutrition & Lifestyle – we will look at your current eating and lifestyle and discuss areas you can improve, set targets and guidelines that will ensure you go away and achieve your goals.
• Ongoing Support – you will leave with a 4 week plan and ongoing support during this time to ensure you are accountable to someone and to ensure you achieve your goals in an effective manner.
Upon finishing this package you should leave with a full understanding of how to move better, train better and make better lifestyle choices.
This is a must for anyone struggling with any aspect of their training and nutrition.
These sessions are booked by appointment only and we are currently offering a trial price if you book and pay for your session before Friday.

SFN Expo
Next Sunday Brian will be presenting at the SFN Expo with the likes of Eddie Hall, Ben Coomber, Andy McKenzie, Phil Graham and other big names in the fitness industry.
His workshops will be at 1pm & 3pm and will be on ‘Chin Ups & Rowing’ and ‘Building The Basics For a Solid Press Up’
